Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Natsiree. With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry – from global organizations to fast-paced startups – I’ve seen it all. I’ve spent my career mastering everything from Cypress and Selenium to CI/CD pipelines and distributed load testing.

But through all the code and automation, I discovered a vital truth: Quality starts with how you think.

The “With Natsiree” Philosophy

I founded With Natsiree to help shift the tech industry from “Bug Catchers” to “Quality Advocates”. In the old world, QA was the “Gatekeeper” – the person standing at the end of the line, waiting to say “No”.

I believe in a different way:

  • Prevention over Detection: We should build quality in from the start (Shift-Left), not just find mistakes when it’s too late.
  • QA as a Navigator: My goal is to help you stop being the “Braking System” and start being the “Navigator” that helps your team go fast and safe.
  • Information for Risk: QA isn’t about perfection; it’s about providing the right data to manage business risk effectively
